We're starting with schools that have the operational complexity to benefit most, and the institutional culture to get full value from day one.
DPS, Ryan International, Amity, GD Goenka, Shiv Nadar. Flagship campuses with 2,000+ students. Dismissal takes 45 minutes today. It doesn't have to. Our tools handle the operational polish parents notice — short carpool lines, accurate dismissal, clean visitor logs.
Schools offering IB PYP / MYP / DP or Cambridge. Multi-campus. Diverse parent community. High expectations for how technology is handled. UCS matches the operational rigor those families expect, with auto-translated parent communications.
For government-run and aided schools requiring compliance with national and state education board standards. Lean staffing, high student volumes, and district-level accountability handled without adding to the administrative burden.
Globally accredited campuses with multinational families and multilingual staff. Our platform handles local regulatory compliance without custom development, while supporting the international operational standards those families expect.
Most school software is built to be sold — feature lists, per-module pricing, locked integrations. UCS is built to run. Here's what that means in practice.
Carpool, attendance, hall pass, emergency, all derive from the same student/family/staff record. No re-keying, no roster drift, no Friday-afternoon reconciliation.
What the front desk sees is what the parent sees is what the bus loop attendant sees. Socket-based state, not five-minute polling.
School WiFi drops. Cellular mid-dismissal is a coin flip. Our apps cache state locally and reconcile on reconnect, so the day doesn't stop when the router does.
Student records never leave the school's data boundary. We host on AWS Mumbai for Indian data residency. DPDP-compliant audit logging, Aadhaar data is never stored. Full stop.
Subs, volunteers, and temp staff use the same tools at no extra cost. Pricing is per-campus and predictable.
Our founding team includes a current K-12 student. The dismissal flow, the fee structure, the visitor log — these are built around how Indian campuses actually operate.
One card, one tap. The same NFC card a student uses for morning attendance works at the cafeteria, the wellness kiosk, and the phone locker. No separate fobs, no separate apps, no reconciliation between systems.
ANPR cameras, NFC readers, and environmental sensors are quoted, deployed, and warranted by us. The school's IT team doesn't source, rack, or support them. One vendor, one bill, one call when something breaks.
AQI, flood, UV, and temperature sensors feed directly into the operations dashboard. Compliance with CPCB outdoor activity guidelines for sports and PT periods is automatic, not a manually checked weather website.
No. UCS is the operational layer — dismissal, attendance, visitors, transport, fees. We integrate with existing SIS platforms via API. You keep your student information system; we handle the ground-floor operations those systems were never designed for.
Per student, per year. Pricing is flat — no per-module fees, no premium tiers for features you need. Hardware is scoped and quoted separately based on campus size. Contact us for a school-specific proposal.
AWS Mumbai, ap-south-1 region. All data stays within India. No student records are transferred abroad. Backups are encrypted, region-locked, and retained per DPDP Act guidelines.
No. Core parent communication — dismissal alerts, bus location, fee links — runs over WhatsApp Business API. The parent app is available for iOS and Android for parents who want it, but it's never required.
Local caching on every staff device. Hall passes, attendance, and dismissal continue to work offline; state syncs when the network comes back. We tested this at the carpool loop with the access point physically unplugged, the day still ran.
Yes. ANPR cameras, NFC readers, and environmental sensors are quoted, installed, and warranted by UCS as part of the module subscription. The school's IT team doesn't source or support them. If a reader fails, we replace it — it's not a help desk ticket for your network team.
No. Staff use school-owned phones and tablets. Students use NFC cards (issued by the school) to interact with kiosks, doors, and attendance readers. There are no apps to install on student personal phones. Students who don't have NFC cards can use name lookup on any staff device.
The Wellness kiosk is anonymous by design. Check-ins cannot be linked back to a student — not by counselors, not by administrators, not by us. Only aggregate mood trends and spikes are surfaced in the dashboard. We built it this way deliberately: a system that can be surveilled will eventually be surveilled, so we made it structurally impossible.
We use Aadhaar Offline XML verification — visitors scan a QR code from their mAadhaar app, which generates an encrypted XML file. Our system validates the cryptographic signature via UIDAI's public key. No biometric is ever captured, no UID is stored, and verification works without a network call. This satisfies CBSE, CISCE, and most state board visitor compliance requirements without collecting any sensitive personal data.
We're running a pilot cohort in Delhi NCR in 2026. If your school is a fit, we'd like to talk before the cohort fills.
